1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Based on the requirement of teaching plans of our university, we need about 30 English, Japanese and Korea teachers. We usually need 23 English teachers, 4 Japanese teachers and 3 Korean teachers for one academic year. Currently, we have School of Foreign Language studies, China-Canada College and School of International Business who need foreign teachers.
2. REQUIREMENTS
14-18 hours per week, work load differences based on the courses difference.
Consultative aids to Chinese teachers and their research.
3. QUALIFICATION
Bachelor and above, preferably related to teaching speaking English, writing or culture with two years working experience.
Citizenship of U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia, Japan and South Korea.
4. SALARY
For one academic year, we have 8 months’ classes. We pay 9 months.
Negotiable, based on applicants’ educational background and teaching experience. RMB200-300 raise is possible for experienced candidates.
5. ACCOMMODATION
One 60 square meters apartment with toilet, with kitchen, charge free. Meals are provided by cafeteria with reasonable price. Internet excess is free.
6. TRAVEL
We provide 8000 RMB air fare and 2200 RMB for travel allowance for one year contract.
7. MEDICAL CARE
For minor diseases, our contract has detailed explanation and we will cover about 80%. Teacher without insurance is required to buy insurance. We will cover half for the teachers who buy insurance from the insurance company appointed by our university.
8. OTHER BENEFITS
Free attendance at Chinese learning classes at our School of International Exchanges.
9. MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION
CV with the home address and phone number, recent (within one month) regular medical exam report, final degree diploma, passport page with photo and number (fax or email with JPG pictures (the latter preferred)), at least one recommendation letters.

Procedure:
a. Application: CV, recent (within one month) regular medical exam report, final degree diploma, passport page with photo and number (fax or email with JPG pictures (latter better)), recommendation letter preferable. These materials should be sent to the email mentioned above.
b. Draft Signing: an electronic copy of contract and appendix for the candidates to sign and then, fax or email (JPG format) back the last pages of the two with signature (for mutual understanding of the terms only, formal signing will be done upon his arrival).
c. Document for Visa: mail to the candidates.
d. Notification of Arrival.
e. Reception, Formal Signing of the Contract and appendix, Air Ticket Reimbursement.
